The CCMS is a valuable platform designed to help programs transition from cumbersome paper-based processes to simple, easy-to-use online systems. This transition is achieved by automating many everyday administrative tasks, including enrollment, managing waitlists, tracking attendance, billing, maintaining staff records, and ensuring effective communication for staying connected with families.

• You are in good standing with OCFS

The ESFCCC has helped Heavenly Hands with our enrollment process! Before, we were making paper copies for our registrations, and now, thanks to the direct support of this program’s Niagara County specialist, we have access to our enrollment forms in our Brightwheel app!
