Child Care Resource and Referral Programs
All Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) programs aim to help families find child care that meets their needs and supports child care providers in delivering high-quality care. Families receive guidance on available programs, child development, and financial assistance options, while providers gain access to training, technical support, and resources to strengthen their programs.
Community Child Care Clearinghouse of Niagara
The Community Child Care Clearinghouse of Niagara is funded through a grant provided by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services and is administered by Niagara Community Action Program, Inc. Child care referrals are provided free of charge.


Child Care Resource Network (CCRN)
Child Care Resource Network is a nonprofit organization located in Buffalo, New York, that works to help families find child care, educate and empower child care providers, and advocate for the children of Erie County and Western New York.
Child Care Resource & Referral (CCRR) – Community Action of Orleans & Genesee, Inc.
CCRR Community Action of Orleans & Genesee is a community‑based program that connects families and child care providers with the tools and information needed to access and deliver high‑quality child care. Families can receive free guidance to find child care that fits their needs, while providers can access support with licensure, training, technical assistance, health consultations, and grant opportunities.

The Accord Community Action Agency is a long-standing 501(c)(3) non-profit Community Action Agency (CAA) and is located in Allegany Count, New York.

Chautauqua Child Care Council
The Chautauqua Child Care Council is a division of Chautauqua Opportunities, Inc., a not-for-profit agency that works with New York State, Chautauqua County, federal agencies, the business community and provider foundations to improve the quality, accessibility and affordability of child care throughout the region.

A free resource for families of children ages 0-5 years. The program can help with answering questions, connections to resources, free developmental screenings, parenting information and groups, social-emotional development, and activities to keep your child on track.

WNY- 2-1-1
A free and confidential service that helps connect people to a variety of services and agencies. WNY 2-1-1 is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Dial 2-1-1 to speak with a representative who will assist you.

National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN)
This website provides free online training for professionals and caregivers on child and adolescent trauma. It offers webinars, courses, and resources on trauma‑informed care, evidence‑based interventions, and psychological first aid. The Learning Center supports NCTSN’s mission by helping affiliates and partners implement trauma-focused practices and strengthen child-serving systems nationwide.
