The Trevor Project Hotline
Free, confidential, and secure 24/7 service offering crisis counselors for individuals who are struggling with issues such as coming out, LGBTQ identity, depression, and suicide. 24/7 Crisis hotline for LGBTQ young people
WNY Law Enforcement Helpline
Free Call service with 24/7 support and intake forms available. This provides support to law enforcement members and their families.

The Dale Association
The Dale Association is a not-for-profit organization providing an umbrella of human services for adults of all ages. Each service has the goal of enhancing the quality of life for people.
Horizon Health Services Clinic
With over 20 locations throughout Erie, Niagara, and Genesee Counties, Horizon’s facilities support people and families managing mental health and substance use disorders. We also have virtual options available for individuals living throughout New York State.
Niagara Wellness Connection Center
The Niagara Wellness Connection Center is a one-stop program that affords patients convenient access to primary care, behavioral health treatment, addiction screening, health and wellness education, fitness activities, community support services, and financial and health insurance counseling – all under one roof.
Peer Support Services
Hope House Peer Recovery Respite Center
Developed to provide services to Niagara County adults in a home-like, safe, and secure environment. Peer-operated services are designed to alleviate one’s emotional worry with helpful and thoughtful support.
CASA Trinity Peer Crisis Line
With their 24/7 Crisis Line, CASA-Trinity works to provide quality, person-centered services that support whole-person wellness and resiliency, fostering thriving individuals, families, and communities.

Addiction or Substance Use Treatment and Support
Niagara County PATH3D Team
A Team of community -based professionals consisting of a Peer Specialist, Family Peer, and Program Coordinator visit the overdose survivor and his/her family in the days following the overdose event.

NEXT Distro is an online and mail-based harm reduction service designed to reduce opioid overdose death, prevent injection-related disease transmission, and improve the lives of people who use drugs.
Other Services
Niagara County Single Point of Access (SPOA)
The Adult Single Point of Access (SPOA) serves Seriously and Persistently Mentally Ill* (SPMI) individuals who are Niagara County residents and may have difficulty accessing care management, Assertive Community Treatment, housing or residential services.
Niagara Community Action Program
Support programs and services include emergency food, budget counseling, asset management, in-house weatherization, home repair grants, childcare referral, training, registration, health and safety start-up items, nutrition outreach, education and advocacy, fair housing, and landlord/tenant resolution.
Niagara County Department of Social Services
Provides financial social services, employment, and child support assistance to Niagara County residents. Also provides assistance with medical care, food stamps, child welfare, adult protection, nursing home care, transportation, housing, discounted fuel, HEAP, jobs, education, and financial counseling.
